‼️Clematis Limited Warranty – 1 Month After Delivery
Please note that clematis plants come with a limited 1-month warranty from the date of delivery. This is because clematis is a perennial plant that naturally goes dormant during the colder months (fall and winter), and may also exhibit temporary stress in early spring. During dormancy, it is completely normal for the above-ground part of the plant to appear dry, brown, or even lifeless — however, the plant is still alive and healthy at the root level.
Due to this natural growth cycle, it can be difficult to determine whether a clematis is truly dead until it has had time to emerge from dormancy and begin new growth. Therefore, we only offer replacements for clematis plants that are confirmed to have died within 1 month of arrival. If your clematis shows no signs of growth after planting, please reach out to us within this timeframe with photos of the plant and planting conditions, and we will be happy to assist.
We kindly ask for your understanding and patience as clematis may take time to settle in and wake up from dormancy, especially if planted in early spring or fall. Regular watering, proper sunlight, and well-drained soil will encourage healthy regrowth.
Thank you for your support and for giving your clematis the care and time it needs to thrive.
