2️⃣ Customer Obligations Customers are responsible for promptly inspecting and caring for the plants upon receipt, ensuring their health and growth conditions. Customers should follow the provided care guidelines for proper plant maintenance and management to ensure their health and long-term survival.
3️⃣ Return Conditions
3.1 Acceptance Conditions:
- Plants are classified as perishable goods. Only return or exchange requests made within 3 days of receiving the goods are accepted.
- Plants must be in their original condition, in the original planting pot.
- Must be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.
3.2 Situations Where Returns Are Not Accepted:
- Return requests after 3 days.
- Plant death due to improper planting or neglect by the buyer.
4️⃣ Exchange Policy
4.1 Exchange Conditions:
- If the received plant is damaged during transport, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
- If the plant does not recover to normal health within 30 days, please contact us within this 30-day period. We do not accept claims for plant death due to planting reasons after the plant has been in your possession for more than 30 days.
- Please provide clear photos as evidence so that we can arrange an exchange for you as soon as possible.
4.2 Exchange Process:
· We will provide suitable replacement options based on the actual situation and assist in arranging the shipment of new plants.

- Customers need to contact our customer service team within the return period, providing the order number and reason for return.
- We will review the application and provide further guidance on returns or exchanges.

- After receiving the returned plant, if the return meets the conditions, a refund or exchange will be arranged.

- We will use USPS Priority Mail or UPS for shipping, and all tracking numbers will be updated in the original order.
- If a package does not arrive on time or is lost, please contact us as soon as possible.
